The ReelMap offers an optional feature that lets you publish your videos to your own third-party social accounts (currently YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram). When you connect an account, we store the authorization (OAuth) tokens and basic account identifiers needed to publish on your behalf, along with the status of your distribution attempts.
We post only when you direct us to — we never publish automatically without your action. You may disconnect any social account at any time, which removes the stored tokens and stops future distribution. Once content is published to a third-party platform, it is also subject to that platform's own privacy policy and terms, and removing it from The ReelMap does not delete the copy hosted on that platform.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
