She has been a Realtor® since 2005 and brings extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, including the full process of buying and selling property, developing strategic pricing plans, and creating effective marketing campaigns that position homes for success. A Platinum Top 50 winner and finalist, Marley has consistently performed at a high level in the Austin market. She has been a multi-million-dollar producer since 2006 and has sold a substantial number of homes throughout the area, earning a reputation for professionalism, results, and client-focused service. In 2016, Marley transitioned from real estate sales into real estate marketing and leadership. She served as Field Marketing Manager and later as Vice President of Sales at Coldwell Banker Realty, where she supported more than 475 agents across the Central Texas market. Her firsthand experience as a top-producing agent enhanced her effectiveness as a leader, allowing her to mentor agents with practical insight, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of the business. Following her leadership roles, Marley founded and grew her own real estate team, Synergy Property Group — recently named a Finalist for Top Team by the Austin Board of REALTORS®. In this role, she focuses on supporting each team member in the development of their individual businesses while fostering a collaborative culture that elevates the level of service provided to clients.
